I wasn’t born searching for love, yet it has given meaning to everything I am.

I’ve known light and shadow, certainty and doubt, but one truth has always guided me: to love and be loved is the most transformative force there is. Step by step, I discovered that helping others find love is another way of loving.

Along that journey, life gave me its greatest gift: meeting my husband. Today, that path has become a purpose that shapes every day of my life.

1971 - 1981
Childhood

Between the ages of three and ten, I lived in a boarding school with my older sister. That period, marked by difficult family circumstances, taught me to be strong, to adapt, and to find my own place in the world. I found refuge in sports and in the energy of children, discovering that independence could also be a form of survival. That environment gave me great strength, but left a silent mark: an emotional void that later life would invite me to understand and heal.
1989 - 2001
Journey

From a young age, I traveled and studied in many countries, both for work and for pleasure. Of the more than 80 countries I visited, the seven years I spent in Bangkok left the deepest impression on my life: there I met extraordinary people and immersed myself in Asian culture and Buddhism, questioning how we live in the West and whether it truly leads to happiness. After living on four continents, I realized that all these travels were, in a way, a forward escape that ultimately awakened a deep spirituality within me

Family

In 2001, while living in England, my mother called: my father was very ill. I didn’t hesitate and returned to Madrid, because family is the most important thing, even amid disagreements. Back home, I not only reunited with my family but also with my own story. I began rebuilding my life from scratch, with a deep desire to form a stable and happy partnership, though it wasn’t easy: I couldn’t find the right person and sometimes wondered if the problem was me.
2013
Matchmaking

My own search for love taught me how much it can cost to find the right person. When I discovered matchmaking in the United States, I decided to bring it to Spain and create my own project: : Alcanda Matchmaking^®. This project was born to guide others in their search for authentic and lasting relationships, applying a method based on respect, understanding, and conscious connection. For me, it’s not just work: it’s a way to give hope and happiness, helping others discover the transformative power of true love.

My everyday life is shaped by two loves. Sergio, my husband, is my rock, my friend, and the person I choose every day to share my life with. His presence brings stability, security, and a love that grows with time. Ada, our little dog, gives us unconditional, sincere, and tender love. Together, they represent balance, complicity, and loyalty, reminding me that love takes many forms and can transform life completely.

I’ve learned that love isn’t limited to having a partner, to what we are, or to what we possess: it permeates every experience, relationship, and decision we make. It has taught me patience, to listen, to understand, and to value the beauty of bonds built with respect and authenticity. Alcanda Matchmaking^® was born in 2013 from a question I once asked myself: Why can’t I find a partner?

That personal experience led me to define a clear purpose: to accompany those seeking deep and lasting love.

Through the method I created and patented, Head-Hunting Sentimental©, I help people discover and connect with the right partner. Each process focuses on understanding individual values, expectations, and ways of loving, making it possible to build authentic, solid, and respectful relationships that grow naturally and consciously.

Matchmaking Corporation^©was founded in 2018 as a company dedicated to training and certifying matchmaking professionals with rigor, professionalism, and ethics, following recognized standards such as UNE and ISO.

Together with my partner Raquel, we share our experience so others can guide people in building authentic and lasting relationships. Each training program transforms a vocation into a profession, supporting those who wish to work in this field with both professionalism and sensitivity, and providing the tools and knowledge needed to transform lives through conscious love and genuine connection.
